The State of Fitness personal trainers will be offering FREE wellness seminars on the third Saturday of every month at 10am. Topics include Interval Training, Nutrient Timing, The Power of Protein, and many more. Come enhance your knowledge on these great health related topics. Seminars are open to the public. Kettlebell Group Training
With kettlebell workouts, two different actions must work together: resistance and overall body movement. The ballistic nature of kettlebell lifting creates a challenge for the muscles cardio workouts alone do not do. Kettlebell workouts will improve your cardio, strength, coordination and mental focus. Join us to have fun learning kettlebell workouts and stimulating immense metabolic activity…which equates to harder, leaner bodies!

Sports Performance Academy
Sports Performance Academy offers various training modalities to assist athletes in speed, quickness, and agility in order to increase athletic performance while lowering the risk for injury. During each session you will perform plyometrics, agilty, olympic lifting, functional training and much more. Nutritional advice and injury prevention will be discussed as well. With the Academy, your athlete will be able to use our facility unlimited for the month
